This time around there will be cash prizes and PC related gear as well.

Tournament entry is $15 per player which will make a total fee of $25 for entry to the LAN and participation in the comp.

If we are able to get 12 teams of 5 players the cash prizes will be,

1st - ~$650

2nd - ~ $350

The Call of Duty 4 comp at GGF will include the following details

Time - Sat 9am Sat 10pm

Where: Strathpine Brisbane, 199 Gympie RD, Parking on Mecklem St

Cost - $10 for LAN Entry - COD 4 Promod Comp Extra $15 - All other comps are free to enter

Energy drinks will be for sale: $2.50 for 250ml as well as cans of soft drink for $1 and water for $1

Regulations for the COD4 Promod comp

- Comp will be a double elimination, matches and map selection will be chosen at random at the start of the day.

- If you get knocked out in first round you still have a chance to compete in the double elimination.

- Rounds will be 24 but in knockout mode so matches will end first team to 13 rounds.

- Teams not ready by 11am will automatically forfeit first round and will drop down into the double elimination rounds.

- We plan to have first round all wrapped up by 1pm following a short break for food/drinks
